Job Summary The Medicaid Claims Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of Medicaid claims, resolving queries, and maintaining compliance with government pricing policies. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth claim reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Medicaid Claims Processing Ensure proper and timely passing of credit memos related to Medicaid claims in accordance with government pricing policies. Validate state claims in the CMS portal for accuracy and compliance with pricing and other requirements. Liaise with state authorities to resolve Medicaid-related queries. Perform state and program-wise reconciliations of Medicaid claims. Extract soft copies of credit memos and working papers and send them to the state for payment. Query Resolution Resolve internal and external queries related to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within defined turnaround times. Respond to internal and external audit queries, ensuring complete, timely, and accurate responses. Required Qualifications Education: M.Com or B.Com. Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in Medicaid claims processing or a related field. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations and pricing policies. Proficiency in using healthcare claims processing systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Location Airoli, India
