Job Summary

A) Job description:-
1) Excellent negotiation skills.
2) Manage the procurement of packaging materials, including sourcing, negotiations, and contracts.
3) Ensure that all packaging materials meet company's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize packaging needs and requirements
5) Optimize packaging costs while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
6) Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
7) Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay up to date on new packaging materials and technologies.
8) Plan and strategies procurement materials with coverage as per business requirement
9) Plan for long lead packaging materials and execution of deliveries as per productions plans.
10) Finalizing of ARC related to CIVIL, Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.
11) Negotiate and finalize capex and MRO materials.
12) Make sure to work as per organization process and policies with 100% compliance.
13) Align with strategic procurement team for long term procurement plans.
14) Share weekly and monthly report on procurement critical activities and procurement status.
15) Can be able to work with business services and finalize service contracts like housekeeping, canteen, manpower, etc.

B) Relevant work experience - 8 to 10 Years.

C) Education Qualification - Engineering Graduate.
