Responsibilities Development of planned changes ranging from small CTB-type tasks to large bank-wide projects. Technical Analysis of changes, effort estimation, solution design, development and unit testing Work with the QA team to ensure timely defect remediation and proper test coverage End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with Business Analysts and the Testing team. Drive solution design discussions with the wider team and mentor/train more junior members of the team Skills Must have 4+ years of Java experience, especially integrating Java code Good capital market knowledge Knowledge of regulatory reporting Experience with Kafka Strong experience in: - SpringBoot - CICD/ Pipeline - Cloud REST APIs - Open API (Swagger) - HTTP Operations - Using Kubernetes Buster - CICD Pipeline, POD Management - Jenkins - Investigation/ Debugging for failures Oracle and/or SQL Server RDBMS Fundamentals and good SQL skills. AWS - EKS/ Kubernetes, EC2, VPC, RDS Unix Terraform GitHub Nice to have Prior experience with Murex Technical solution design experience and start-to-end solution ownership
