Job Summary

a) It's a challenging B2C, Tech-driven e-commerce business and we have outshined

competitors in the industry to go on an expansion phase.

b) Major involvement in Facebook Conversion campaigns for driving sales on our

website. The knack for optimizing CTRs, conversion rates, CPA, and ability to scale up

revenues from multiple SKUs by targeting it to relevant audience demographics.

c) Optimizing for adequate impression share, click share, and high monetization SKUs

sales. Using lookalike & custom audiences for retargeting and higher conversion

rates.

d) Lead generation campaigns for doctors consultation and possible monetization

outcomes The incoming candidate will be owning & managing Facebook ads.

e) Sound knowledge of facebooks E-commerce advertising policies, retargeting

capabilities especially for wellness and Illness products (medicines). Should be a

strategic planner & executor who understands Facebooks barring policies on

breaching Fb community advertising rules, circumvention, and inappropriate

communication.

f) Strategize & implement Facebook advert plan on a relatively high monthly budget.

g) Execute campaigns, Ad sets, and Ads and improvise related metrics CTR, conversions,

Relevance Score, and overall Facebook Ads RoI.

h) Aware of Facebooks latest set of best practices & guidelines announced by

Facebook for better ad results. Should be a smart thinker who knows what and how

to play with for better results within the realm of FBs acceptable optimizations.

i) Growth hacking, Ads engagement improved, driving user actionable and lead

capturing, Ads Planning, and BIG NO TO FIREFIGHTING. We need smart planners, not

firefighters. Good help is always available!

j) Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

k) Campaigns creation and end-to-end execution - TG, Ads, Copywriting, number

crunching.

l) CPA reduction, Conversion maximization, Lead count increment, CPL decrement, and

focus on overall RoIe, with help from the Department Head.
