Job Summary

Main Purpose of Job:

This position will be a part of our dedicated Animal Feed & Nutrition Unit (AFNU), a team of professionals at Maahi Milk Producer Company Limited engaged manufacturing of quality cattle feed & mineral mixture for its customers. This position will responsible to manage end to end store operations of the plant.

A :Store Operations and Management- 80%

B: Planning, Coordination, MIS & Reporting - 20%

Store Executive carries very stable but crucial responsibilities in terms of reducing raw material losses, optimizing store operations, timely inventory management and stock updation as well as monitoring, this position will work closely with the other plant verticals i.e. production, manufacturing & logistics teams for intra & inter smooth coordination and based on inherent capabilities, skills, knowledge and attitude will have career progression to other operational functions as an specialist in the long term companys growth.


Job Responsibilities:

A. Store Operations & Management

1. Responsible to ensure all inward and outward material transactions must route through SAP ERP.

2. Preparing GRN in SAP & Submitting for Bill Certification.

3. Responsible to plan the materials requirement based on the production requirement on weekly /monthly/quarterly basis.

4. Identifying inventory of slow moving, non-moving items & intimate to the concern department.

5. Responsible to conduct in Internal & External Audits.

6. Preparing & issuing Material Gate pass Raw Materials/Packing materials Trucks-weighing & unloading.

7. Monitoring of loading and unloading of FG/RM materials.

8. Preparing GRN manually and attaching supported documents & ensuring daily housekeeping of all storage locations.

9. Daily Updating Stock Boards (Godown Wise) & Daily Issuing Raw Materials/Packing Materials as per Production Planning.

10. Physical stock monitoring and its validation with SAP as well as maintaining Store Registers & SOPs, ISO Compliances

B. Planning Coordination, MIS & Reporting

1. Critical materials purchase follow-up with Purchase department.

2. Preparing of Scrap Sales Invoices in SAP

3. Preparing daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports

4. Coordinate and execute disposal of rejected/scrap Materials

5. Submitting monthly stock statements to accounts department


Technology Skills Required: Google Drive, LinkedIn, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows


Tools Knowledge Required: Central processing unit CPU processors, Computer servers, Desktop computers, Digital cameras, Flash memory storage card, Notebook computers, Printers.
