Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Head who will play a strategic and entrepreneurial role, driving digital growth, expanding our solutions portfolio, and crafting innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is a digital visionary, adept at combining creative strategies with data-driven insights, while fostering strong relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, covering SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Maintain and enhance Machint s social media presence across all relevant channels.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify new business opportunities through digital partnerships, influencer collaborations, and vendor agreements.
• Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and aligning digital efforts to address them.
• Own the digital sales revenue targets, ensuring campaigns directly contribute to top-line growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and leadership, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Create and present sales reports, performance analysis, and realistic forecasts to the leadership team.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs.
• Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize key digital KPIs, ensuring both brand awareness and lead generation goals are met.
• Drive content strategy from creative ad copies to website content, ensuring it s engaging, impactful, and aligned with Machint s brand voice.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing leadership roles.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
• Proven track record of driving sales through digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with content creation, editing, and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to craft presentations, pitch digital strategies, and provide creative direction for campaigns.
• Experience in collaborating with influencers and driving strategic partnerships.
• Strong command over Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
