An HR Executive to manage the company s recruitment, employee engagement, employee performance management, shared services and HR- MIS.

Responsibilities:


  • Collecting and maintaining all the Job Descriptions for each function and role.
  • Posting on various social media platforms and generating the database.
  • Screening & Short listing CVs, Conducting Interviews, Offer Negotiation, Rolling out offer, fixing the joining date and making all the arrangements of on-boarding.
  • Looking for creative ways of Recruitment.
  • Update hiring sheet.
  • Ensuring the Librarika is used and updated regularly according to the book circulation.
  • Initiating Buddy program, listing buddies, charting out roles, creating Bitrix group etc.
  • Send new joiners list to the stake holders, completing On-boarding formalities of new hires & facilitating new joiners on the Company's profile, policies, processes etc.
  • Maintenance of Masters sheets of Employees and ID cards and prepare temporary ID cards.
  • Provide ID card details to Admin for issuing ID card.
  • Prepare Joining Letters like Appointment Letter, cheque acknowledgment; Offer Letters and Bank Letters of the employee.
  • Coordinate with Bank vendor for Salary Account opening.
  • Assist in preparing HR quarterly OKRs and monitor the progress.
  • Leave Register maintenance of Nathan Ark and Machintel monthly basis and leave management.
  • Monitor confirmation and probation tracker and release list of due employees to stakeholders and issue confirmation letters to the confirmed employee.
  • Send Policy handbook to new joiners and get the acknowledgment letter duly signed.
  • Ensuring all the trackers related to Employee Life Cycle & documentation updated/created on timely basis.
  • Assist in preparing HR Engagement Budget.
  • Covering 100% new joiners (of 3 months) are covered in Org Pulse Survey.
  • Searching and contacting vendors related to joining kit, Bank, engagement activities.
  • Ensuring R&R for Performers of all departments on Monthly/Quarterly basis.
  • Keep track on the fun committee program and schedule meeting prior before the Event (Monthly Basis), prepare mailer of the event and coordinate for the event.
  • Address grievances of the employee related to work, policies, leave etc.
  • Prepare Exit Letters like Relieving Letter, Return cheque acknowledgment, No dues Letter of the employee and return the security cheque.
  • Conduct Exit interviews and maintain the tracker as an Exit interview and update the Master sheets and Management sheets by 14th of every month.
  • Collate the filled appraisal forms department wise.
  • Release of Increment Letters to all employees.


Qualification:


  • MBA - HR.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
