C++ Developer -risk Services Job in Macquarie Group Limited

Bring your passion for product development and join our technology team as a C++ Developer focused on project deliveries across a large range of applications supporting our Commodities and Global Markets group. This is a great opportunity for a developer with strong technical and communication skills to deliver in a challenging and dynamic environment.

As part of a vibrant team that supports globally used applications, youll work on design, development, testing (unit and automation), implementation and maintenance of software solutions with a focus on quality and DevOps principles. This role will also see you involved in production support, including coordinating the resolution of high-severity incidents.

We want to empower you to continuously develop, so as a member of our team you will be supported to explore and grow through experimentation, hackathons, learning and community involvement.

To be successful in this role you bring some of the following:

• experience in building and maintenance of new and existing applications using C++ and related technologies
• strong knowledge of SQL databases
• knowledge in scripting Unix, Python
• experience from CI/CD environments
• relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, computer science or equivalent

Experience in building and maintaining new and existing applications using core Java technologies as well as experience with AWS will be an added advantage. A passion for test driven development as well as financial industry experience will also be highly regarded.
