Job Description
- This role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on service skill and ensure and required parameters are met and adhered to.
- He or she is closely involved in interacting with customers on day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution, etc.
- To provide speedy resolution.
- Resolve the service problem by clarifying customer's complaints.
- Meet clients on regular basis both active and past clients.
- Coordinate with partners and clients for updating their profile.
- Conversion of leads provided by SEO's.
- Bring in new ideas to improve user experience.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Strategize and manage creative mandates for assigned clients.
- Briefing project planing and management.
- Brand Planning / Media Planning.
- Demonstrate the willingness to go extra mile towards achieving extra customer delight.
Candidate already serving the notice period or can join immediately will be preferred.
