Job Description

  • This role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on service skill and ensure and required parameters are met and adhered to.
  • He or she is closely involved in interacting with customers on day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution, etc.
  • To provide speedy resolution.
  • Resolve the service problem by clarifying customer's complaints.
  • Meet clients on regular basis both active and past clients.
  • Coordinate with partners and clients for updating their profile.
  • Conversion of leads provided by SEO's.
  • Bring in new ideas to improve user experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Strategize and manage creative mandates for assigned clients.
  • Briefing project planing and management.
  • Brand Planning / Media Planning.
  • Demonstrate the willingness to go extra mile towards achieving extra customer delight.

Candidate already serving the notice period or can join immediately will be preferred.
