Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be part of IT Operations and a team of 9 skilled employees in Copenhagen, Mumbai and Singapore.
Responsibilities include
- Provide high level engaged end user support assisting our users with the technical needs and issues
- Daily deliverance on the IT systems in the Mumbai office
- Responsible for hardware management, service upgrades, meeting facilities and ensuring onboarding and offboarding processes are handled professionally

What we are looking for

An ideal candidate should be committed and motivated applicant with graduation/diploma in information technology, computer science or a relevant field with proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Technician, or a similar role
Added abilities include
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux/ MAC OS will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products with an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and ITSM software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies will be an added advantage
- ITIL foundation will be an added advantage
