Wireline Core Enterprise Engineer Job in Maestro Placement Consultancy Services

• Analysis of proposed products & Solutions in line with the Business requirements. The services and product developed should be as per the agreed specifications, within the agreed timeframe, and within the approved budget.
• Vendor evaluation process i.e. Analysis of proposed products & Solutions in line with the Business requirements.
• Interact and involve with Business for planning and deployment related strategies in determining the best packet Core Network Design
• Performs complex tasks related to integration of multi-vendor solution & multi technology environment.
• Support & Coordinate for E2E solution deployment with various CFT such as Business team, OSS/BSS, INC, O&M, performance monitoring, etc. in meeting their deliveries and timelines
• Evaluate and utilize network architecture principles and requirements
• Provide technical advice on Enterprise services deployment capability with specific focus on 4G architecture, verification of vendor solution & design
• Review offered solutions from the vendor and provide appropriate recommendations to management
• Provide advice to the management and project team with related issues of Enterprise service quality metrics and service deployment activities and discussions with the vendors as needed
• Monitor and review progress of deployment, and assess technical issues and roadblocks that might impede progress
• Conduct meetings and discussions required with vendors and various involved departments to resolve issues and bottlenecks
• Work closely with Network Planning and Design to ensure that vendor s proposed design and solutions satisfy contractual obligations

Skills & Competencies: -

• Looking out for Candidate with 10-14 years of experience who can lead and guide the Enterprise Business requirements towards realizable services and solutions.
• Candidate in this position & role should have thorough knowledge on Enterprise services, Service Architecture, planning, dimensioning & engineering.
• Candidate should have thorough hands-on experience on SBC (session border Controllers) and Media Tran coders right from deployment to Service implementation, OSS/BSS Integration, Issue troubleshooting, Dimensioning, Capacity Management and network integration
• Hands on experience in the IMS Hosted service design, Solution Architecture, Engineering and deployment of Enterprise services.
• Domain knowledge of Enterprise services SIP Trunking, Centrex, TFN, Enterprise Mobility, Wire line VPN, leased lines, Business VAS, and Hosted Business services, M2M, Conferencing, collaboration, etc.
• Experienced in developing detailed end-to-end call flows through various network interfaces
• Strong exposure to multiple vendors, established industry technical contacts and a track records of critiquing and influencing vendor roadmaps and direction.
• Research, develop and architect Enterprise Product solutions including supported documentation such as HLD/LLD. Produce detailed design documents, diagrams, and service guidelines for products and services.
