Operations Manager (cpo) Job in Magenta Group

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintaining the Uptime of the Chargers as per the Company standard
• Ensure all services and operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practice
• Help the organization s processes remain legally complain
• Formulate strategic services and operational objective
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecast
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Work with the Directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree
• Proven work experience of 7-10 years in Operations
• Telecom/ Towers industry operations experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in management, services, operations, and leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of financial management
