The Role

Work closely with the impact team and livelihood team in maintaining quality of livelihood MIS. Will have to make daily telephonic validation calls to youths placed through Magic Bus s Livelihood programme.

Responsibilities

• Training/orientation of programme team on MIS

• Daily Telephonic calls to placed youths for MIS validation

• Excel Data entry of findings from validation calls

• Quantitative Weekly analysis of validation calls and sharing of report

• Maintaining data quality of MIS

• Monthly visits to livelihood centers for data Validation and report writing

Reporting to: Impact Manager

Staff Reporting: None

Requirements

Desired Competencies:

• Understanding of MIS and basic computer Skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel analysis and Word

• Good communication skills

• Ability to multi task and manage people and time

• Ability to ask the right questions to get the required responses

• Eye for Details and validation

• Excellent team worker

• Can-do attitude and willingness to use own initiative to solve ground level problems

• Well organised working style with good time management skills

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required by programme

Qualification and Experience:(essential unless otherwise stated)

• Minimum requirement is Graduation

• Experience of data entry and data analysis

• Experience of maintaining MIS
