  • Monitor batch/jobs in 24*7 environment for applications on cloud infrastructure
  • Work on high availability production system
  • Handle incident & problem management
  • 2+ years of experience in L1 Application Support
  • Experience with Batch Monitoring, Application Alert Monitoring
  • Maintain SLAs in 24*7 operations mode
  • Experience in handling Customer Tickets
  • Experience in Incident Management, Release and Deployment
  • Exposure of Database; running pre-defined SQL queries
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud; Cloud Infrastructure monitoring
  • Knowledge of Scripting language - PowerShell / Unix Shell
