  • Handle tickets from the L1 team
  • Work with global customers to resolve their L2 application issues
  • Work on high availability production system on cloud & non-cloud environment
  • Handle incident & problem management
  • Leading a small team, managing shifts, ensuring compliance policies
  • 5+ years of experience in L2 Application Support
  • Experience in handling Customer Tickets
  • Experience in L2/L3 Analysis of the issues
  • Maintain SLAs in 24*7 operations mode
  • Experience in Incident Management
  • Strong experience of RDBMS (SQL / Oracle)- writing queries
  • Experience in Scripting Language- PowerShell / Shell / Bash
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Experience on AWS Cloud
