4. Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
5. Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept
6. Revenue cost reduction initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation
7.Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT
8. Generate Safety working culture
9. Develop improvement culture
10. Knowledge of quality systems and adherence
