Job Profile / Specific desirable experiences/Preferred knowledge areas:

• Manage spare parts warehouse. Responsible for end to end operation in warehouse starting from receiving of material to service customers orders.
• Mange 3PL operations.
• Ensure VOR & Comm FFR as per target.
• Daily monitoring the order flow and communicate the shortage parts to sourcing and taking feedback for parts.
• WIP clearance on the same day.
• Monitor the throughput as per monthly target set by management.
• Analysis of customer claims and ensures PPM of claims is as per target set by management.
• Run Kaizen, Pokayoke, 1S2S culture within the warehouse.
• IMS documentation and NC closure.
• Monitor key activities through DWM.
• Reduce quality demerit score and dock audit score.
• Ensure safety in warehouse

Person Profile:

Educational Qualification Desired:

B E / B Tech.

Experience:

4-5 years

• Auto Spares/ Engineering Industry

Critical Skills Sets (If any)

SAP MM , SD
