Experience : Experience of working in Security function of a Large/ Medium size company
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Ex Serviceman preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring smooth working of Shift Security operations
Responsible for adherence to Gate processes, Man, Material and Vehicle movement
Ensure operational procedure/process adherence to enable theft free and secure premise
Ensure smooth movement of Visitors, external Consultants
Responsible for contract labour entry/exit, ID management and their compliances
Ensure SCRUM (LMS) implementation and uptime
Bus/ Vehicles and traffic management
Monitor and highlight any suspicious activity impacting the organization and its employees
Effective gate , boundary and premise management
Liaison with Security function of MVML & MHEL
Conduct investigations and enquiries for cases
Ensure adherence to Security processes
Scrap yard Management
MIS management related to security processes
