Job Summary
2. To prepare drawings, tolerance stack up and basic engineering calculations
3. Development of parts in protomaking methods
4. Coordination of different activities of the team including build, validate and concern resolution, to name a few
5. To prepare BOM, TKO and other engineering documents
Note: Gear Simulation software (Romax, Kisssoft is must)* Good hands-on experience in using Romax, Kiss soft, Catia for designing components such as shafts, gears, synchronizers, cables etc.
* Sound understanding of Gears & mechanics, strong analtical skills
* Must be willing to travel to different regions of the country
* Fair understanding of DFMEA, DOE, APQP, interation with supplier, should able to independently solve issues related to Plant, Validation, Customer
* Basic understanding on different materials used in such aggregates
