Job Summary
  • Infrastructure & facilities planning, budgeting & monitoring
  • Property acquisition
  • Institutionalisation & operationalization of New Offices/Stockyards
  • Standardisation & optimum utilization of Infrastructure & Facilities
  • Drive the lease management operations for all the AOs across the AFS Division and where possible optimize resource utilization
  • Suggest strategic initiatives for innovation, process excellence and system improvement for the Admin function
  • Drive process excellence by supporting in standardization of vendors and processes by driving the synergies across the AOs
  • Vendor Management
  • Event Management at ZO's/AO's
  • Audit Adherence & Compliance
