• Experienced working with international clients handling client management, independent candidate interviews & assessment

Job description:

• Conduct Kickoff meetings with prospective clients, gather required information in reference to the mandate and provide advisory on the possible talent pool availability.
• Engaging clients throughout the mandates with regular updates on developments in projects and apprising them of the hiring trends, industry benchmarking & other important data for their business in India.
• Preparation of JD s basis the skills & competencies defined by clients.
• Formulating diverse sourcing strategies and supporting the team in identifying talent pool from varied sources job portals, referrals, social & professional networking sites, etc. with a strong focus on headhunting.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process of all clients conducting competency-based interviews as a part of screening process on behalf of clients.
• Should be ensuring successful closure of positions by leading the negotiation process, drafting appointment letters, and preparing salary breakups for candidates.
• Head Hunting/ Industry Mapping, compensation data within Industry segments (position wise), and maintenance of Recruitment MIS / database.
• Conduct benchmarking service for salary, roles etc.
