Key responsibilities

• Creation and verification of production routings, which were transferred from the ERP-system to the PLM-software Windchill.
• Creation and verification of cutting tools and tool lists after upload from a local Access database to the PLM-software Windchill.
• Link tool lists to corresponding routing steps in PLM-software Windchill.
• Link fixtures (clamping devices) to corresponding routing steps in PLM software Windchill.
• Creation and verification of control charts and link measuring equipment to the control chart (in PLM-software Windchill).

Person Specification

• E./B.Tech (Mechanical) with 3 to 5 years of experience in PLM software (Windchill) and Creo (3D-CAD software) is an advantage.
• Very Good English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Gear manufacturing processes. Good knowledge of MS Office, software language knowledge Cad & Cam (AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, Mastercam, Edgecam).
• Strong knowledge and experience of Windows and MS Office.
• Strong administrative skills and excellent procedural working skills.
• Excellent writing/speaking of English (international communication).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environment.
• Team player.
