Planning Engineer (civil) Job in Maitreya Consultants

Responsibilities

1. Planning engineer is formally reporting to project manager. He will be responsible for getting schedules from different stakeholders like civil contractor, PEB vendor, electrical contractor etc.

2. He will be preparing one synchronised and acceptable master plan to all stakeholders. This P0 level plan will be further prepared to minute level in P1 and P2 level.

3. He will keep record of joint measurements i.e JMR actual site records, measurements which will be supporting for preparation of bills.

4. He will maintain RA bill data and will be responsible for final bill of respective stakeholders.

5. Prepare plan for time line and track the progress of project on day to day basis, prepare progress reports for meeting with client as per requirements on weekly basis.

6. Work out and compare cost estimates against tender cost.

7. Giving data as required by project manager and other seniors with respect to billing and planning activity in desired formats.
