Job Summary
Job Summary: Responsible to conduct research and gather data for Marketing Research, Consumer Research, marketing analytics, business analytics, media planning, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Gather data on consumers, competitors & market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Comprehend and communicate data using MS Excel.
Responsible to pull out data from different data sources and weave them together to gain singular view of customer.
Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers preferences.
Compile and assimilate statistical data using modern and traditional methods and interpret insights.
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
Interpret data, formulate reports to make substantiated recommendations.
Document and communicate results.
Use online market research and catalogue findings.
Conduct competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure its accuracy.
Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices.
Understand new innovations in the area of market research, and create new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace.
Act as the single point of contact for all data requirements at MHQ in marketing department.
Any other additional responsibility would be assigned from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR
Qualification : Graduate
