Roles and Responsibilities

1- " Applying ESU s and ASU s.

Installing and configuring Web Server Websphere and Weblogic.
Full Setup of BSSV Server instances
Experience in setting up AIS, ADF for mobile application instances.
Experience with UDO administration.
Server Manager installation and configuration
Create and run installation plan
Post installation, log analysis and surface testing
Perform application release upgrade
Perform tools release upgrade (Normal & Multi foundation upgrade)
Hands on experience with any two JDE supported server platforms (UNIX, Linux, Windows, iSeries).
Hands on experience with any two JDE supported databases (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2).
Holistic approach of user profile management suitable for individual customers requirements.
Should be able to setup and configure LDAP integration.
Implement full JDE security framework for customer.
Configuring different types of securities such as application, action, row, column, etc.
Experience with All-out Security or QSOFT is added advantage.
Setup and define status flows for object promotion
Configuring roles for status change
Setup transfer activity rules (from-to status)
Setup allowed actions (related to objects and OMW roles)
Build and deploy full & update packages
Backup objects to a different pathcode or as PAR files
Execute special instructions like table/index generation, backup, generate & restore tables, etc.
Menu/task view Management
Job Scheduling
Web Client (Fat Client) Management
Creation of custom pathcode and environment
Carrying out environment refresh/coordinating with DBAs
Job Queue Management
Printer setup in JDE
Experience in troubleshooting Server operating systems with respect to JDE.
Experience in troubleshooting databases with respect to JDE.
