Job Summary
Should have strong knowledge in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, Learning Management, Absence Management and Performance Management modules along with extensive experience on complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations. Should be able to translate requirements into fit gap in Oracle EBS for HRMS module Knowledge on Integrations with HR, Payroll and Finance modules Consulting experience on working with customers to understand their current business challenges and devise optimal solutions to support their business objectives. Proficient in the technical aspects of Oracle EBS to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team having diverse responsibilities.
