Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Individual contributor role, managing and owning all aspects of technical development & delivery.
  • Leading & mentoring small-sized teams
  • Responsible for understanding requirements & writing technical architecture documents
  • Ensuring the code reviews & development best practices/processes to be followed
  • Estimates efforts, identifies risks & provides technical support whenever needed
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
  • Come up with Technical solutions to complex business problems

    • Mandatory Skills

  • Experience: 6years 10years
  • Hands on experience with design and implementation of of WebApps and APIs using a PHP
  • Expert in Python3, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework Django, Flask, Sanic etc
  • Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
  • Good understanding of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar. including clustering)
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills
  • Good understanding of AWS technologies
  • Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
  • Solution architect role to come up with technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of version control systems like GIT
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
  • Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Thorough knowledge and experience on Agile development using Jira tool

    • Good to have skills

  • Exposure to CRM or ERP systems is preferable
  • Understands different major language paradigms (object oriented / functional /reactive)
  • Basic CI/CD and DevOps
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance
  • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
