Job Summary

Responsible for planning, managing and delivering training and development programs to support the Country Business strategic objectives and growth. Plan and strategise the organisation of training objectives on a short-term and long-term basis Plan and review training budget according to the business plan Design and conduct training needs analysis survey for the various staff level to determine the training requirements to raise the level of staff competency Design country specific training materials and tailor core training courseware and materials such as DSE, tele-skills and other operations training to meet the objectives and plan Conduct regular training and refresher sessions on Manpower assessment tools, On the Job Training and other competency and management development related training programs for Managers Work closely with Businesses in designing and formalizing training program content Review, feedback and updation of training program contents Assess and Evaluate capabilities of external training partners and educational institutions to source for appropriate training needs Maintain and update training database To keep abreast of developments in training through research and networking outside Manpower.

Minimum Requirements

ExperienceAt least 10 years of total experience in a performance/sales driven organisation, of which 6-8 years in a senior training function Experience of conducting Training Need Analysis and designing training content / programHave experience of delivering training programs in areas of soft skills / competency building / processesEducation QualificationsDegree in Business Management or TrainingPost-graduate qualification is advantageous
