Job Summary Managing ROI of franchisees. Responsible for designing / implementing plans for ensuring that the franchisees get their returns. Design and implement Customer Loyalty Programsfor High ARPU customers Retention and Churn Management: Minimization of Churn through Proactive andReactive measures voluntary and involuntary. Customer Life Cycle Management for postpaid and prepaid customers. Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes / SLAs / guidelines / audits and eradication of errors at the customer touch points. Enhancing revenue via upselling VAS, upgrades and migrations. Managing outbound call center of 50 agents for managing communication to customers during their entire life cycle via calling, auto dialers and written communication. Validating all communication to customers through mailers / flyers.Minimum Requirements

Graduate + MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience in a telecom company and having experience of customer life cycle management and base retention. Design, Launch and monitor Various Customer retention, Loyalty and Delight program in the Circle. High Value / AON Churn reduction. Implement predictive and Proactive Churn Management process. Manage Upselling process and revenue enhancement thereof. Support Zonal Officers on Churn Winback Activities and Agency Management.

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
