Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy in association with the Head of Marketing, developing consumer insights through market research, driving the loyalty program, setting up the events and promotions calendar and process. Developing communication strategy in line with organization philosophy.Minimum Requirements
You should be an MBA from a premiere institute in marketing with min 8-10 years of experience having strong analytical and conceptual skills, innovation and marketing skills, excellent commercial sense, strategic and leadership skills, macro environmental knowledge, quantitative skills, Problem solving skills, strong negotiation skills, retailknowledge, good communication skills, ambitious self starter, high energy level andmotivation to make things happen, exceptional ability to develop relationships, worked in team oriented environment.
