Business Development Manager/Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
  • Day-to-day account management and development.
  • Source and work customer referrals.
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
  • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
  • Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivator drove growth and success.
  • Working knowledge of online marketing including content marketing, SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, and social media.
  • A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy.
  • A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Hindi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu & English with technology sales experience.
