Job Description:

• In depth knowledge of Market Research.
• Minimum 4 years experience in either Confirmit, Nebu or EFS tool.
• Experience of Java Script, Html, Flash, MySQL or PHP would be a plus.

Job Requirement:

• Communicating with the clients as well as other teams with in organization to find the best solutions.
• Programming medium to high complexity surveys with accuracy, quality and efficiency, creating online reports/Reportal.
• Responsible for mentoring and guiding survey programmers.
• Solving logical problems.
• Involved in project kick-offs.
• Review the surveys programmed by juniors before delivery to make sure that client s expectations are met and to get error-free data.
• Best Practice Sharing with the team to improve the process/productivity.
• Identify needs and challenges faced by the team.
• Giving inputs to Managers on how things can be improved.
