Job Summary

We re looking for a System Analyst professional to join the Group Procurement team with experience in providing ProcessUnity / Oracle Fusion AP / Coupa / ServiceNow / Concur in both Technology and non-Technology areas (i.e., Professional Services, Financial Services, HR, Marketing, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Print and Office Services) to join the Group Procurement team, a global team responsible for delivering maximum value from procurement spend of several hundred million dollars.

You will support the team with any technical queries, enhancements, change requests and importantly, keeping the systems running. In addition, the role involves product releases for cloud applications, testing and implementation of new features.

You will join with experience in one of the cloud systems such as ProcessUnity or Oracle Fusion Cloud or Coupa or ServiceNow or Concur and expertise in Accounts Payable and procurement modules. You will also have experience in handling BAU support with both tactical and a strategical mindset, as well as good knowledge of user access management, system roles & permissions and user access reviews. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong communication skills, partnering with multiple stakeholders to resolve problems and finding new solutions, along with experience in handling solutions.

If you have experience in handling quarterly product updates, understanding release notes and regression testing, along with experience in raising tickets using My Oracle Support and liaising with product support teams to resolve issues and incidents, then this role may be for you.

To be successful in this role you ll bring the following experience and technical skills:

  • Experience in Process Unity or Oracle Fusion AP or Coupa or ServiceNow or Concur
  • 8 to 12 Years of Exp in System Analyst
  • Exp in Cloud Application and Testing
  • Knowledge of support tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
  • A good understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes will be highly advantageous.
