Rebar Detailer Job in Mars Bim

Job Description:

• Knowledge of Various Standards ACI, BS, RSIC, Middle East, India codes
• Study and extract structural information from the given Input and Create RFI for missing and conflicting information
• Review contract drawings and details thoroughly ahead of detailing or estimating and raise questions on conflict locations.
• Ability to estimate the Required time to complete scheduled and allocated work
• Prepare simple to complex rebar placing drawings/estimates of structural components of any configuration using customer structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and relative documents.
• Be able to complete drawings/schedules with minimal supervision. Should self-check the drawing, so as to produce drawings with minimal errors.
• Responsible to perform drawing and BBS placing in a clear and concise manner that can be easily read and interpreted by the customer, engineer, architect, contractor, and placer.
• Responsible to deliver quality output within the given timeline and proactively report any deviations to the respective Team leader.
• Senior team members are responsible to share knowledge and nurture junior team members.

Qualification

• B Tech / B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience 2 to 8 Years in Rebar Field
• Required Software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Rebar CAD, CADS RC, and related software
• Proficiency in English (Written & Oral)
