Job Summary

Job Title : Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager Vendor Upgradation


Job Role : Upgradation of Vendors Press & Die Maintenance and Die condition improvement


Educational Qualification :

Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Masters in Die Design/Engineering


Work Experience (Years) : 04 - 07 years


Job Responsibilities :


  • Conduct Press Die assessments and provide solutions to improve Dies in line with MSIL standards.
  • Gap identification and providing solution for vendor up-gradation related to Press, Dies maintenance & Stamping process.Monitor improvements implementation & sustenance.
  • Improve Quality and productivity of Press parts to meet MSIL requirements. Root cause analysis of defects generated at vendors.
  • Training vendors in Press, Die Maintenance & Stamping process
  • Guidance to vendors on Material handling & Inspection processes in press shop.
  • Prepare timely reports & presentations inline with MSIL requirements


    • Competencies / Skills :


    Technical:

  • Knowledge & experience of Maintenance of Press Dies.
  • Knowledge & experience of Press Die design and development process.
  • Knowledge of Press machines & stamping processes.
  • Understanding of New Technologies in Press & Dies.
  • Knowledge and usage of MS Office Tools, AutoCAD


    • Behavioral:

  • Good Interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
