Job Role:

• Design of Low Pressure/High Pressure Casting dies in UG software
• Should meet project schedules; interact with different agencies within the company and outside
• Generation & implementation of new ideas process improvement

Competencies/Skills:

Technical/ Functional:

• Knowledge of Low Pressure/High Pressure Dies Design andsimulation
• Knowledge in LPDC / HPDC dies process planning & manufacturing sequence
• Knowledge of Die trial & quality improvement
• Knowledge of Unigraphics & Flow simulation softwares
• Knowledge of tooling materials & workshop practices
