Job Summary

Functional Area -ENGINE POWER TRAIN TESTING (Vehicle)


Level -DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER


Experience -Min. 4 years - Max. 12 years


Educational Qualification -B.E / B.TECH IN MECHANICAL / AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING WITH MINIMUM 65 % MARKS or Equivalent


Role & Responsibilities -


Vehicle CALIBRATION ENGINEER Spark Ignition Engines:

  • ENGINE ECU Calibration and VEHICLE DEVELOPMENT: Calibration & EVALUATION OF ENGINE FOR PERFORMANCE, DRIVABILITY & EMISSIONS
  • FOLLOWING UPMODEL DEVELOPMENTTIMELINES AND RESOLVING ALL OPEN ITEMS


    • Competencies Required -


    Functional -

  • ECU Calibration program on Gasoline, CNG or LPG applications.
  • Hands on experience on Test Instrumentation, Testing on Engine bench / Chassis Dyno
  • Hand on experience on E/g HW Selection
  • Able to use Mass Emissions Chassis Dyno & Engine Calibration instruments by self
  • EMS calibration experience for any or more of the below:
  • Open Loop function
  • Emissions Function
  • Drivability Function
  • OBD Function
  • Good Driving skills

  • Good understanding of Engine Management System.
  • Knowledge of Japanese language desirable
