Job Summary

Functional Area -Lab Testing (Polymer, Heavy Metal & VOC Testing)


Level -Asst. Engineer / Engineer / Senior Engineer


Experience -Min. 04 years - Max. 08 years


Educational Qualification -Diploma( Chemical / Polymer / Plastic / Environment ) - Full Time


Role & Responsibilities -


  • ELV/ROHS, Asbestos, REACH, SOC (Substance of Concerns) & VOC Testing
  • Overall Lab Functioning such as parts collection, sample preparation, testing request montioring, report preparation etc.
  • Lab Facility Upgradation & Kaizen Activities, ensuring Quality System adherence and Upgradation
  • Lab & its equipment maintenance, procurement of lab consumables/spares etc.


    • Competencies Required -


  • Hands-on working experience on analytical equipments like XRD, ICP, ED-XRF, optical microscope (preferably polarized light microscope), GCMS/HPLC/LCMS & result interpretation
  • Well versed with various Standards (ISO, JIS, DIN, IS) related to lab testing.
  • Basic MS Office operations (esp. MS Excel)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in lean, multi-tasking environment.
  • Knowledge of IMDS would be an added skill


    • Specific Expertise for Functional Area -


  • Well versed with substance of concern (4 heavy metals, POPs etc.) testing
  • Knowledge of various Environmental Regulations ( EU ELV Directive, REACH, ROHS, SOC, ELV, GADSL & related testing)
  • Having experience in Automobile or related Industry ormanufacturing or Research Institute/Lab,
  • Openness & positive attitude
