Job Summary
Conduct Press Die assessments and provide solutions to improve Dies in line with MSIL standards. Gap identification and providing solution for vendor up-gradation related to Press, Dies maintenance & Stamping process.Monitor improvements implementation & sustenance. Improve Quality and productivity of Press parts to meet MSIL requirements. Root cause analysis of defects generated at vendors. Training vendors in Press, Die Maintenance & Stamping process Guidance to vendors on Material handling & Inspection processes in press shop. Prepare timely reports & presentations inline with MSIL requirements Knowledge & experience of Maintenance of Press Dies. Knowledge & experience of Press Die design and development process. Knowledge of Press machines & stamping processes. Understanding of New Technologies in Press & Dies. Knowledge and usage of MS Office Tools, AutoCAD Good communication skills (Written / Verbal) Good Interpersonal and networking skills Excellent problem solving skills
