Manager Labor Litigation Job in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd

Manage the on-going litigation and attend hearings in lower court (Gurugram) and High Court (Chandigarh)

Knowledge of labor laws, should have handled labor cases

Drafting the drafting replies, applications, evidences, affidavits, writ petitions, co-ordination/ collation of details from internal stakeholders,

Co-ordinate as well attending the meetings/ conferences with Junior as well as Senior Counsels.

Responsible to manage any other non-litigation legal work and advising the company on various legal issues.

Managing and undertaking legal research as required.
