Job Summary
Responsibilities:Researching writing topics working hand in hand with SEO specialist and creating a content calendar Creating content for content syndication across various publications Getting work done from freelance content writers and proofread their content to ensure standards and quality Combining blogs with similar use-case to create eBooks. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Requirements:2+ years of experience Portfolio of published articles Excellent writing and editing skills in English Bachelors degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) Experience in writing long-form articles of 1500+ words Implementing SEO best practices while writing content Product-focused approach to writing content Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people
