Job Summary
  • Work on the execution of a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives (both short- and long-term) and distribution across all funnel stages. Support the team with textual content on videos, podcasts, blogs, press releases as well as social media.
  • Work on blogs, articles, case studies and website content associated with Maruti Techlabs service offerings.
  • Create a robust editorial structure within the department in order to ensure that all content (blogs, articles, guest posts, direct mail, email, interviews, case studies, landing pages, and so forth) across the business is integrated and aligned to support business objectives.
  • Improve the overall content creation and tracking capabilities (in-house and externally) through the structured implementation of models and processes for sourcing information, analyzing, and creating content.
  • Oversee and edit content from internal and external content teams, as needed.
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and professional studies) as part of content research and development.
  • Work on evolving content strategy, processes, and approach quarterly based on competitive audits, industry best practices, and benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain different content calendars (across various content formats) in accordance with the output of each member. Showcase progress on the calendar across each Marketing sync in line with other metrics.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop bottom-of-the-funnel sales collateral for influencing open opportunities or driving SQLs within the opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaborate with HR on content for employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that tasks are completed and delivered on time.
