Job Description:
Position: Account Executive-Training
Number of Positions: 01 (Only Female Candidates)
Experience: Freshers Only
Qualification: B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any graduate
Mode of Work: Work from office only
Joining: Immediate Joiner
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to create effective sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams to execute client campaigns and projects successfully.
- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client interactions, and revenue growth.
- Follow-ups and Retention:
- Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term relationships and business growth.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer queries and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any graduate).
- Experience:
- Looking for freshers with no prior work experience required.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
