About the Role:

Maskoid Technologies is seeking a Content Strategist & Writer with a focus on YouTube content strategy and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing YouTube content, including scripting, metadata optimization, audience engagement strategies, and SEO. This role will drive YouTube channel growth through high-quality, engaging video content and effective content planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for YouTube that focuses on growing the audience and increasing engagement.
• Scriptwriting and Content Creation:
  • Plan, script, and write compelling YouTube video content, including video scripts, descriptions, titles, and metadata.
• Collaboration with Teams:
  • Work closely with video editors and designers to ensure the creation of high-quality video content.
• YouTube SEO Optimization:
  • Optimize YouTube videos using keywords, tags, descriptions, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
• Analytics Monitoring:
  • Monitor YouTube performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve reach and engagement.
• Content Calendar Management:
  • Plan and manage a YouTube content calendar, ensuring consistent video uploads and audience interaction.
• Competitor Analysis & Trend Monitoring:
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date with the latest YouTube trends, formats, and algorithm updates to improve content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in YouTube content strategy, scriptwriting, and video optimization.
• Writing & Storytelling:
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for creating engaging YouTube scripts and content.
• YouTube Content Expertise:
  • Experience in YouTube content planning, script development, and metadata optimization.
• SEO Knowledge:
  • Proficient in YouTube SEO, keyword research, and YouTube Analytics for tracking performance and optimizing content.
• Tools:
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Canva, Photoshop, or other video editing tools is a plus.
• Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple YouTube content projects simultaneously and meet publishing deadlines.
