About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Analyst (YouTube) to join our team at Maskoid Technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube strategies to enhance channel growth, increase engagement, and drive audience retention. This role primarily focuses on YouTube content optimization, Video SEO, YouTube analytics, and audience engagement strategies to maximize channel visibility and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop YouTube Strategies:
  • Create and implement effective YouTube marketing strategies that focus on channel growth, engagement, and audience retention.
• Content Optimization:
  • Conduct audience research and optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Organic Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute organic YouTube campaigns to drive traffic, boost subscriptions, and enhance brand awareness.
• Analytics and Monitoring:
  • Monitor YouTube performance metrics using tools such as YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and others to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
• Trend Awareness:
  • Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continually improve content strategies.
• Collaborate on Content Creation:
  • Work with the design and content teams to develop appealing thumbnails, engaging video descriptions, and high-quality video content.
• Content Calendar Management:
  • Maintain a YouTube content calendar, schedule video uploads, and monitor engagement metrics to ensure consistency and optimal performance.
• Influencer Collaboration:
  • Identify and engage with YouTube influencers and brand advocates for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Competitor Analysis:
  • Analyze competitor channels and recommend improvements to strategies for better performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Upto 6 months to 2+ years in YouTube marketing, content strategy, or related fields.
• YouTube Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices for driving audience growth and engagement.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with YouTube SEO, YouTube Studio, video optimization tools, and the ability to analyze YouTube Analytics for performance insights.
• Content Creation Skills:
  • Excellent scriptwriting, video description writing, and verbal communication skills to create engaging content.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance video content strategies and ensure effective audience engagement.
