Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility in managing scope, cost, schedule and deliverables according to contract with focus on quality
- Devise and manage project plan, staffing plan, budget and risk plan
- Act as liaison between onsite and offsite project teams. Build collaboration within project team among Solution Architect, BA, Development and QA teams that represents One InfoTrellis team
- Adopt industry standard best practices while adhering to InfoTrellis processes & procedures and ensuring compliance with client project processes
- Work with InfoTrellis Principal / Onsite Project Manager or Client Project Manager in identifying opportunities
- Track and report daily project progress, slippage, effort, resource utilization and other key metrics
- Address inputs or concerns from offsite team members with onsite Project Manager and leads when needed
- Communicate effectively with clients in identifying requirements and evaluate solution options
- Understand InfoTrellis pricing model and billing procedures
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in managing offsite development team and interfacing with onsite team
- PMI PMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge in various SDLC models such as Waterfall, Iterative and Agile
- Experience in managing development or integration projects involving MDM, Java, J2EE technologies
- Expertise in using MS Project or other tools such as Confluence, Rally etc
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge in drafting artifacts such as Statement of Work, Change Request and Status Reports
