Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and post jobs on appropriate job-seeking platforms.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens; working directly with candidates and hiring managers (Full cycle of Recruitment).
  • Maintain and update accurate candidate database and job postings via different portals and enhance existing reports where applicable. Updating candidate records and job postings.
  • Manage direct applications and identify top candidates applied to engage and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strong candidates, partnering with internal sourcing team.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Coordinating intakes & post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Use recruiting tools to assess candidates skills.
  • Employ a consultative relationship with our client-facing Account Managers and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and search strategies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment.
  • Manages the resume tracking system.
  • Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in END-TO-END Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources or relevant area.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High-energy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
