Job Summary
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various clients, including advertising, product development, and brand management.

  • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Grows and expands company social media presence on existing platformsincluding Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram through organic and paid activities.

  • Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.

  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customers inquiries.

  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media.

  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization s brand and social media strategy.

  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.

  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per- click (PPC) advertising.

  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.

  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.

  • Meeting with clients and pitching potential marketing campaigns.
