Qualification :BE Chemical/BSC (Chemistry)

Experience :Minimum 01 year experience as BDE (Preferred Female & Married)

  • Assist the sales team, in managing meeting / calendars, and the distribution of sales documents.
  • Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients as per guidance of sales head.
  • Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches and payments on daily basis.
  • Handling export shipments
  • Sending export samples, track them till the reach to the clients.
  • Coordinating with Clients till they receive export shipment.
  • The Sales Coordinator must liaison between other departments, transporters and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client s needs in time restraints.
  • Managing issues with clients and provide customer support.
  • The Sales Coordinator is required to manage CRM and manage reports for the department progress.
  • Prepare Sales CRM / MIS, Client orders / follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor / client data, Export & Import data.
  • Assist in compilation of Sales data.
  • Churn data to find new customer perform all activity to generate interest in our products
  • Convert each prospect to a customer
  • Periodically report targets use actual versus achieved them always
Experience Required :
