# Responsibilities - Developing technical and content search engine optimisation strategies that attract priority customer groups - Defining and tracking key metrics on a daily basis to monitor performance and determine actions, including presenting results to stakeholders and using data to support recommendations - Maintenance and site audits to test, optimise and improve our technical SEO performance, acting as the champion for changes needed across our sites and managing these through with our tech teams - Supporting website growth, as we expand our content offering in both English and local languages - Lead on keyword strategy, through opportunity and gap analysis and close collaboration with our content and marketing teams to optimise existing and new content through SEO both on our sites and landing pages - Updating meta content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings - Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords - Monitoring and making and implementing recommendations based on competitor analysis - Remain on top of the latest trends, to ensure we are prepared for any changes in algorithms and any site changes - Researching and implementing search engine optimisation recommendations that deliver commercial value - Working closely with the Technology teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are properly implemented - Working closely with Conversion Optimisation channel to ensure SEO requirements are considered in each experiment - Ensure the sites and products follow SEO best practice # Requirements - Skills required: SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS, SEM Rush - 0 - 2yr of work experience. - Good command over written and spoken english.
